Your Tanzanian safari adventure kicks off today. After meeting your guide and getting a quick rundown of what’s ahead, you’ll head straight into Lake Manyara National Park, a compact but incredibly diverse wildlife haven.

You’ll explore forest tracks and lakeside plains on your first game drive, keeping an eye out for elephants, giraffes, hippos, and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. With the Rift Valley escarpment towering above and the lake shimmering beside you, it’s the perfect introduction to safari life.

With another full day in the Central Serengeti, you’ll dive deeper into this iconic ecosystem. Today is all about maximising wildlife encounters, revisiting prime areas, and following predator activity as it unfolds.

From sunrise to sunset, you’ll continue exploring the plains with your expert guide, soaking in the sights, sounds, and scale of one of the world’s greatest wildlife regions.

Today you’ll descend into the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most extraordinary natural wonders. Dropping down the crater rim is an experience in itself, opening into a vast natural bowl packed with wildlife.

Inside the crater, you’ll search for lions, hyenas, elephants, hippos, and the rare black rhino, all living within this unique, self-contained ecosystem. After an unforgettable day of wildlife viewing, you’ll head to your lodge near Arusha to relax and reflect on the journey so far.

Fly to Zanzibar: Island Paradise Awaits

Today is your final safari day! If you are departing later in the day, there will be a special animal feeding session organised in the grounds of the lodge. This private experience allows you to hand‑feed resident rescued animals (who wouldn't be able to survive in the wild by themselves) such as giraffe, zebra and eland and enjoy some final time together as a group before you travel.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to the appropriate airport for your onward flight. Guests continuing their adventure to Zanzibar will fly from Arusha Airport, while guests flying home will be driven to Kilimanjaro International Airport for their international flights.

Those continuing to Zanzibar will take a short flight to the turquoise shores - an island where adventure meets pure relaxation. Upon arrival, warm ocean breezes and palm-lined beaches welcome you to a tropical haven designed for exploration and indulgence.
